The challenges that can be faced is to establish the relationship between the employment and range of social and health outcomes, determining the impact such as employment is less likely to be incarcerated or arrested than those who are employed. It has been estimated that the indigenous population is increasing and changing through time and the social and economic cost of employment are also increasing. The increase in the employments will increase the standard of living of indigenous people, their health and education level that will help them to develop and live in the community.
