Stanford Extracurricular Activities Essay - "Key Club" - Stanford Essay

Key Club is not simply another community service organization, it's my senior school family members. Key Club spurs excitement within me personally as it represents a tolerant organization that brings good modification through community solution events and fundraisers. My dedication to Key Club increased when I gained the positioning of Club President in my house club. My shy shell of a self cracked as soon as I began hosting regular meetings and workshop presentations, impacting me personally with improvements in public places speaking and presenting information to a wide number of people—important for my future career interest in research and teaching. Not just did I find confidence through these experiences, but we enhanced my organizational skills in planning club conferences, service events, and fundraisers. With all these activities under my plate, I also discovered to grasp diverse sets of individuals and their distinctive personalities, ultimately allowing me personally to be much more tolerant and accepting.
