Introduction:

Organization culture is the social values and ethical behaviour which is represented by the enterprise environment. It is the collection of beliefs, principles, and ethical conduct which should be followed by the people at work place (Jarad, Yusof, and Nikbin, 2010). The organization culture can be represented by the product, objective, and strategy undertaken to fulfil the project goal.

Discussion:

The different researchers have presented their own views and definition on the aspect of culture employed in the organization. The definition given by the Robbie Katanga on the organization culture is culture represents the methodology undertaken for doing task. The organization culture represents observable patterns and consistency in there structures and processes designed for completing the project. One of the researchers has presented his view on the organization culture as the process which emphasizes the principle of sense making. The sense making is the process of sharing information to make the employees aware about the new policies and procedures constructed for the betterment of the enterprise. Richard Perrin has defined the organization culture is the incorporation of cultural ethics and traditional rituals which helps in binding the organization members together. The social and psychological aspect of the human behaviour can be represented by the working environment of the enterprise. The set of norms should be created for following ethical and social behaviour at work place. The famous saying of Michael Watkins about organization culture is that it is equivalent to the human immune system (Watkins, 2013). The strong organization culture at work place helps in completing the project on time without any distraction. The organization culture should be flexible so that it can change according to the requirement of the project. The local culture of the people should be valued for the prosperity and enhancing working efficiency of the enterprise. The cultural values of the people should not be hurt. The regional culture of the local people should be promoted at the workplace (Adelwale and Anthonia, 2014). The organization culture is get affected by many factors such as financial function, marketing function, social values, local culture of the employees, principles and norms of the enterprise, legal and political issues, and internal and external distraction in the working policies. Abdi Osman Jama stated that the organization culture should be dynamic and can adapt itself according to the requirement of the project (Tanase, 2015).

Reflection

From the above discussion, I can analysed that the definition presented by the Abdi Osman Jama about the dynamic behaviour of the organization culture is the most acceptable definition because the organization should have a capability to interchange its processes and policies for enhancing the working efficiency of the employees to complete the project within the approved time. The processes and the policies of the organization should be aligned in contrast to the mission of the enterprise. The organization culture helps in motivating the employees to work efficiently in the direction of the new project and goal for the enterprise. The new working paradigm of the enterprise fills the employees with the feeling of refreshment to handle the assigned task efficiently. The coordination and cooperation should be promoted between the enterprise goals and objectives with the employees target plan (Paschal and Nizam, 2014). The working capability of the employees gets enhanced in the good and healthy organization culture. The cultural and traditional rituals of the workers should be promoted at work place. The environment of the organization changed according to the new opportunities created for the prosperity of the enterprise. During the course plan, I am able to analyse that the behaviour of the employees at the work place get affected by the organization culture. A good and healthy environment increases the working capability of the workers which in turns helps in increasing the productivity and profitability of the enterprise. The long term sustainability plan of the enterprise can be achieved by following the dynamic culture at work place because new opportunities open new doors of improvement. The policies and structure of the organization should be designed according the requirement of the new project undertaken.

The above discussion on the organization culture flourishes with new ideas on the behaviour and social environment of the enterprise. The processes and the policies of the organization should be aligned in contrast to the mission of the enterprise. The coordination and cooperation should be promoted between the enterprise goals and objectives with the employees target plan. The organization culture helps in guiding and developing rules for achieving enterprise goal and objective.
