Assumption Life is one of the smallest Financial Service Provider Company in Canada, which is currently facing issues due to poor Human Resource Management. The human resource manager of the company has to collaborate in order to deal with the issue of funky style of dressing for the employees. The human resource managers of the company need to reach out the conclusion about the issue related to the dressing style of the employees. Human resource managers need to take proper guidance from employment act of the Canada to ethically implement their decision support the employees.

Being one of the non-unionized companies, it is essential for the HR managers of Assumption Life to deal with the issues of internal organization.
