Presently the use of psychology or psychiatrist in order to solve the problems of criminal offense has been increased as it has immense importance in solving a criminal case by detecting the motive of the criminal, what was the criminal’s psych, state of mind at the time of performing any criminal activity is most important. What influence a criminal to perform crime is most important and it help in solving a case. There are many social service organizations, which works for the rehabilitations of the criminals who want turn their life around and want to lead normal life (Crank, 2011).. In the undertaken case study, it has been perceived that Alicia a volunteer mentor for a NOMS and ESF is working in a partnership with NPT. She has been matched to a participant named Richard in order to help him to find a job via ETE a department of NPT. Richard have many past criminal cases like he possessed cocaine and indulge in burglary but now he want to change his direction of life. Alicia is helping him to do so.
Address the needs of the client Richard
The needs that the client are being addressed in this case provides the detailed view of the explanation of the conditions with thereby the consideration have been made as per viewing the family conditions (Clinks, J, M., 2014). The vital need for Richard is the care and the nurturing that seems that these two things have not been provided to the client and thereby the structure of the needs have been crucially defaulted by the case. It thereby leads client to keep his legs in the world of the criminology and thereby the conditions have been worsted for the family with the separation of the father and the mother in the family. These facts and the figures help in the creation of the enhancements of the society and thereby the issues can be resolved with the creation of the appropriate system of the alignment for the creation for the creation of the satisfaction for the client with understanding the values and the needs of the client. It also helps in the creation of the appropriate addressing of the issues for the client and thereby providing the ways for the creation of the legal atmosphere with support for the client Richard.

The criminal activity of Richard should be analysed in order to help him out of those activities. Richard is doing offensive things which should be checked Australia Federal Police.
